赤峰市售小麦粉交链孢霉毒素污染研究

摘　　要：采用液相色谱串联质谱法测定赤峰地区120份小麦粉中交链孢菌酮酸(TeA)、交链孢酚(AOH)、腾毒素(TEN)和交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)的含量。结果表明,TeA检出率为90%,TEN检出率为100%,AOH和AME的检出率均为96.7%。The contents of Alternaria ketone acid(TeA),Alternaria alternol(AOH),Tentoxin(TEN)and Alternaria monomethyl ether(AME)in 120 pieces of wheat flour in Chifeng area were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that the detection rate of TeA was 90%,the detection rate of TEN was 100%,and the detection rates of AOH and AME were both 100%.
