高职院校职业指导与就业教育的影响因素分析

摘　　要：以高职院校毕业生情况的调研数据为依据,研究了影响高职院校职业指导和就业教育的相关因素,分析了高职院校职业指导与就业教育存在的问题,提出了只有根据高等职业教育的培养目标,有针对性地开展职业指导和就业教育工作,尽快建立起有效地职业指导和就业教育体系,才能有效缓解严峻的就业压力,实现高职学生的充分就业。Based on the survey data of graduates from higher vocational institutes,this paper studied the relevant factors affecting vocational guidance and employment education in higher vocational institutes,analyzed the problems existing in vocational guidance and employment education in higher vocational institutes,and proposed that the severe employment pressure can be effectively alleviated and the full employment of vocational institute students can be realized only by carrying out vocational guidance and employment education pertinently and establishing effective vocational guidance and employment education system as soon as possible according to the training objective of higher vocational education.
