摘  要:在“大智移云物区环”时代背景下,社会对劳动者的技术、技能提出了新要求,高职扩招,B类、C类学生应运而生。研究以已有资格框架为基础,提出学分兑换五原则,探讨B类、C类学生“学分银行”制度模式的实践路径,破解教学由刚性走向弹性之变,实行B类、C类个性化人才培养,推动高职人才培养模式改革之变。Under the background of the era of"great wisdom moving cloud and material area ring",the society puts forward new requirements for workers'technology and skills.The enrollment of higher vocational colleges has been expanded,and class B students and class C students came into being.Based on the existing qualification framework,the research puts forward the five principles of credit exchange,to explore the practical path of the"credit bank"system of class B students and class C students,and the change of teaching from rigidity to flexibility,and promse the reform of talent training model in higher vocational education by conducting class B students and class C students personalized talent training.
