摘  要:为适应现代医学教育的要求,转变传统教育模式,国内医学教育涌现出了基于问题,基于团队,基于案例等多种新的教学方法。TBL教学法是一种以学生为中心的理念下的教学模式,以团队为基础,通过一种合作式的学习,增强参与意识,提升个人能力。结合国内医学院校的实际情况,对TBL教学法进行适当优化,与现代信息技术比如雨课堂、案例教学法、Seminar教学法等相融合,以期获得更好的教学效果。雨课堂可以提高TBL的课堂效率,实时反馈学生预习效果;案例教学法和Seminar教学法有助于培养学生的临床思维能力和思辨能力;思维导图的绘制有助于学生对多学科知识的整合和逻辑思维的培养。改良式TBL教学法从基础医学知识出发,引导学生展开主动学习,在掌握扎实的基础理论的同时,引导学生树立正确的职业观,促进学生的自主学习能力和团队合作意识,培养具有创新能力的新型医学人才。In order to meet the requirements of modern medical education and change the traditional mode of education,many new teaching methods,such as problem-based learning,team-based learning and case-based learning,have emerged in domestic medical education.Team-based learning(TBL)is a kind of teaching mode under the concept of student-centered.It takes students as the main body and teams as the center.Through cooperative learning,it can enhance the sense of participation and enhance individual ability.Considering the actual situation of domestic medical colleges,proper optimization of TBL teaching method and integration with modern information technology such as rain classroom,case-base teaching method and seminar teaching method,so as to obtain better teaching effect.The rain classroom can improve the efficiency of TBL class and provide real-time feedback on students'preview effect.Case-based teaching method and Seminar teaching method are helpful to cultivate students'clinical thinking ability and critical thinking ability.The drawing of mind map is helpful to the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge and the cultivation of logical thinking ability.Now,single teaching method has been difficult to meet the need of medical teaching reform,improved TBL teaching method starting from the basic medical knowledge,guide students to active learning,at the same time of solid grasp of basic theories,guide students to establish a correct view of career,improve the ability of medical students to analyze and solve problems as well as the necessary communication,cultivate new type of medical talents with innovation ability.
