摘 要:目的分析本院内分泌实习教学中普遍存在的问题及现状,进一步说明内分泌教学中使用Mini-CEX教学法应用的必要性。方法随机选择2019年2月—8月在本科室实习的2015级临床专业5年制两个班级共103名学生,分别采用Mini-CEX教学法和LBL教学方法并进行教学效果的比较。结果Mini-CEX教学法组病例分析成绩优于LBL组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,Mini-CEX教学组认为可以提高学生临床思维能力、团队协作能力、语言表达能力、综合分析能力、自主学习能动性和学习兴趣的比例高于LBL组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内分泌临床实习教学中,使用Mini-CEX教学法带教可取得更好教学效果。Objective To analyze the common problems and current situation in endocrine practice teaching in our hospital,and further explain the necessity of using mini CEX teaching method in endocrine teaching.Methods A total of 103 students from two five-year classes of clinical specialty of grade 2015 who practiced in the undergraduate room from February to August 2019 were randomly selected.Mini-CEX teaching method and LBL teaching method were adopted respectively,and the teaching effects were compared.Results The results of case analysis in mini CEX teaching method group were better than those in LBL group,The questionnaire survey showed that the proportion of mini CEX teaching group that can significantly improve students'clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability,language expression ability,comprehensive analysis ability,autonomous learning initiative and learning interest was higher than that of LBL group(P<0.01).Conclusion we recommend the use of Mini-CEX teaching model in clinical internship teaching of endocrinology.
