摘 要:基于设计裕量、随机不确定性因子、认知不确定性因子,建立了双螺母滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度确信可靠度模型。与蒙特卡洛法相比,考虑认知不确定性后可靠度变小。基于确信可靠性模型,对随机不确定性因子和认知不确定性因子进行了灵敏度分析,发现在可靠性提升前期随机不确定性对其影响较大,后期认知不确定性影响较大,因此,丝杠设计前期应以减少随机不确定性为主,后期应以减少认知不确定性为主,为确保可靠度大于0.9,须保证认知不确定因子小于0.15。This paper proposed a new belief reliability model of the axial contact stiffness for double-nut ball screws considering both the AU and EU,in which the design margin,the aleatory uncertainty factor(AUF),and the epistemic uncertainty factor(EUF)were analyzed and obtained.Simulation results show that,the reliability calculated by the present model is smaller.Additionally,both the sensitivity of the AUF and the EUF in the proposed mode were calculated,it illustrates that the influence of AU on reliability is greater in previous stage and the influence of AU will become greater in latter stage,which provides a new method to improve reliability,Therefore,in previous stage of screw design,AU should be reduced,and in latter stage,EU should be reduced.To ensure that the ball screw reliability is greater than 0.9,the EUF must be less than 0.15.
