摘 要:银行业是一类典型的知识型行业,蕴含着大量的知识资本。知识资本的开发是银行业核心竞争力培育的关键性策略,而知识转化是知识资本开发的重要方式。隐性知识是知识资本的主体,因此,隐性知识转化是知识转化的核心环节。基于四大股份制商业银行支行层面的样本数据,隐性知识转化对核心竞争力促进效应的实证研究揭示了知识社会化、知识外显化、知识内隐化对内部控制能力、产品营销能力、风险防范能力和业务培训能力的微观促进机理,并发现了优势促进路径和不足之处,从而为国有商业银行深化知识转化并推进知识管理提供了现实性的理论借鉴。The banking industry is a typical knowledge-based industry,which contains a large amount of knowledge capital.The development of knowledge capital is a key strategy for the cultivation of the core competitiveness of the banking industry,and knowledge transformation is an important way for the development of knowledge capital.Tacit knowledge is the main body of knowledge capital,therefore,tacit knowledge transformation is the core link of knowledge transformation.Based on the sample data of the branch level of the four big joint stock commercial banks,the empirical study on the promotion effect of tacit knowledge transformation on core competitiveness reveals the micro promotion mechanism of knowledge socialization,knowledge explication and knowledge implication on the internal control ability,product marke-ting ability,risk prevention ability and professional training ability,and also finds the advantage promoting path and deficiencies,thus providing a realistic theoretical reference for state-owned commercial banks to deepen knowledge transformation and promote knowledge management.
