摘  要:食品添加剂在提高食品口感、延长食品保质期限等方面发挥着重要作用,但过量使用食品添加剂会严重危害人们的身体健康,为此我国相关部门出台了有关各类食品添加剂使用量的具体标准。食品安全部门也会定期、不定期抽查产品质量,加大对食品添加剂的检测,以维护人们的饮食安全。固相萃取作为一种技术发展成熟且操作较为简便,检测结果精准的方式得以在食品添加剂检测中广泛应用。本文以酱卤肉制品为对象,阐述了其中常用的食品添加剂种类及其具体用途,并分析了其他常用检测方式的缺陷,对酱卤肉制品中的食品添加剂固相提取流程进行了分析。Food additives play an important role in improving the taste of food and extending the shelf life of food,but the excessive use of food additives will seriously harm people's health.Therefore,the relevant departments in China have issued specific standards for the use of all kinds of food additives.Food safety departments will also regularly and irregularly spot check the quality of products,and increase the detection of food additives to maintain people's food safety.Solid phase extraction,as a mature and simple technology,and accurate detection results,can be widely used in the detection of food additives.This paper expounds the types of common food additives and the specific purpose,analyzes the defects of other common detection methods,and analyzes the solid phase extraction process of food additives in sauce brine meat products.
