摘　　要：为保障食品安全,防范食品安全隐患,本文从供应链视角下对如何防控食品安全风险展开研究。本文旨在依据食品供应链中的风险来源,帮助相关部门识别食品安全风险,构建完整的风险预警、风险监管机制,将食品安全风险进行良好地控制,以此减少食品安全风险,加强食品供应链管理。In order to ensure food safety and prevent potential food safety hazards,this paper studies how to prevent and control food safety risks from the perspective of supply chain.It aims to help relevant departments identify food safety risks according to the risk sources in the food supply chain,build a complete risk early warning and risk supervision mechanism,and well control food safety risks,so as to reduce food safety risks and strengthen food supply chain management.
