摘 要:针对油气管道特征工况信号噪声大,难以从中提取有效信息的问题,提出使用变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)结合Hilbert联合谱分析处理油气管道信号的方法。首先,根据各带限本征模态分量(Band-Limited Intrinsic Mode Function,BIMF)的瞬时频率均值确定最优分解尺度;其次,求得最优分解尺度下各BIMF的Hilbert联合谱,分析其时频特征与能量分布,确定主频分量;最后,根据主频分量对信号重构去噪。经过验证,该方法能有效提取信号特征信息且重构去噪效果明显,具有一定的实际应用意义。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to extract effective information from the characteristic working condition signal of oil and gas pipeline, a method of processing oil and gas pipeline signal by using variational mode decomposition(VMD) combined with Hilbert joint spectrum analysis was proposed. Firstly, the optimal decomposition scale was determined according to the instantaneous frequency mean of each band limited intrinsic mode function(BIMF);Secondly, the Hilbert joint spectrum of each BIMF under the optimal decomposition scale was obtained, its time-frequency characteristics and energy distribution were analyzed, and the main frequency component was determined;Finally, the signal was reconstructed and denoised according to the dominant frequency component. The verification results has proved that this method can effectively extract the signal feature information, and the reconstruction and denoising effect is obvious, which has a certain practical significance.
