摘　　要：在新时代中国高等教育改革与发展形势下,为维护高校稳定,促进研究生的全面发展和健康成长,建立一支素质过硬、高效精干的研究生辅导员队伍具有重要意义。基于专职为主、专兼结合的兼职研究生辅导员工作模式,结合自身兼任研究生辅导员管理工作和实践经历,分析了不同身份兼职研究生辅导员的特点,探讨了硕士导师兼任硕士研究生辅导员的现行研究生管理模式。结果表明,硕士导师兼任研究生辅导员能健全研究生辅导员队伍,提高管理工作效率和硕士研究生的管理质量,进而提升研究生辅导员的整体工作水平。In the new era of China’s higher education reform and development situation,it is of great significance to maintain the stability of colleges and universities,promote the all-round development and healthy growth of postgraduate students,and establish a team of highly qualified,efficient and capable postgraduate counselors.Based on the working mode of part-time postgraduate counselors with full-time and part-time combination,combined with their own management work and practical experience of part-time graduate counselors,this paper analyzes the characteristics of part-time graduate counselors with different identities,and discusses the current graduate management mode of master tutors concurrently serving as graduate counselors.The results show that the master tutor concurrently serving as graduate counselors can improve the team of graduate counselors,improve the management efficiency and the management quality of graduate students,and then improve the overall work level of graduate counselors.
