摘 要:为探究毛壳菌属真菌Chaetomium aureum所产色素的最佳提取工艺,以C.aureum为原料,以色素吸光度为响应值,通过单因素试验和响应面法优化C.aureum所产色素的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳溶剂为水,最佳提取条件为提取时间70 min、提取温度53℃、料液比1︰4.5(g/mL)、次数5次。在该条件下色素吸光度为1.2257,与预测值1.2130相近,相对误差仅1.05%,优化得到的提取工艺真实可靠。该试验结果可为C.aureum所产色素的工业化及规模生产提供参考依据。In order to explore the best extraction process of the pigment produced by Chaetomium aureum,Chaetomium aureum was used as the raw material and the absorbance of the pigment was used as the response value.The optimal extraction process of the pigment produced by C.aureum was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface method.The results showed that water was the best solvent for extracting the pigment produced by Chaetomium aureum.The best extraction condition was as follows:extraction time 70 min,extraction temperature 53℃,material-to-liquid ratio 1︰4.5(g/mL),and extracting for 5 times.Under this condition,the pigment absorbance value was 1.2257,which was close to the predicted value 1.2130,and the relative error was only 1.05%.The optimized extraction process was true and reliable.This study could provide a certain reference basis for the industrialization and mass production of pigments produced by C.aureum.
