摘 要:茶叶烘干温度对茶叶品质有很大影响,针对现有烘干机温控系统存在温度控制精度低、调节时间长等缺点,设计一种温度智能控制系统。分析烘干机的结构和控制原理,在此基础上将模糊控制器、神经网络控制器与PID相结合构成模糊神经网络PID对烘干机进行温度控制的方法,并建立模糊神经网络PID控制器的网络模型。对所设计的温度控制系统进行测试,结果表明,模糊神经网络PID控制器具有控制精度高、响应速度快、稳定性高等优点;人工评审得分为86.0分,茶叶品质更优,所述温度控制系统能很好地满足茶叶烘干对温度控制的要求。The quality of tea was greatly influenced by tea drying temperature.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing temperature control system of drying machine,such as low temperature control precision and long adjustment time,an intelligent temperature control system was designed.The structure and control principle of the dryer were analyzed.On this basis,the fuzzy neural network PID controller and neural network controller were combined to form the fuzzy neural network PID temperature control method of the dryer,and the network model of the fuzzy neural network PID controller was established.The test results of the designed temperature control system showed that the fuzzy neural network PID controller had the advantages of high control precision,fast response speed and high stability.The manual evaluation score was 86.0 points;The tea quality was better;The temperature control system could well meet the requirements of tea drying temperature control.
