摘  要:为实现对电子助力系统中ECU的温度进行管理,本文设计一种双NTC热敏电阻测温的温度降级管理模块。该模块可以分为温度采集、信号处理、降级管理、CAN通信和上位机软件5个部分。其中温度采集为互为备份的双NTC热敏电阻,信号处理和降级管理为MCU片内程序逻辑模块,CAN通信负责将MCU内部关键变量送出,上位机则接收并保存关键变量。该模块经助力器测试台架验证,能在ECU散热受阻时及时调整,避免长时间的高温灼伤ECU。In order to manage the temperature of the ECU in electro-hydraulic braking system,this paper designs a temperature degradation management module with double NTC thermistor.This module can be divided into five parts:temperature acquisition,signal processing,degradation management,CAN communication and upper computer software.Among them,temperature acquisition is double NTC thermistors which are backup to each other,signal processing and degradation management is program logic module in MCU chip,CAN communication is responsible for sending out the internal key variables of MCU,and the upper computer receives and saves the key variables.The module has been verified by the booster test platform,and could be used in time when the ECU heat dissipation is blocked,so as to avoid burning the ECU in the high temperature for a long time.
