摘　　要："双碳"战略给煤炭院校带来发展空间受限的挑战,也为煤炭院校留出了学科专业结构优化升级、人才培养模式创新和科教产教深度融合等方面的时间和空间。煤炭院校要主动面向区域经济社会发展和未来战略必争领域产业需求,推进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合,加快创新人才培养。为2030年前实现"碳达峰"、2060年前实现"碳中合"提供强有力的人才支撑,为我国经济社会全面绿色转型作出应有的更大贡献。The"double carbon"strategy not only brings the challenge of limited development space to coal universities,but also leaves time and space for coal universities to optimize and upgrade discipline and specialty structure,innovate talent training mode and deeply integrate science,education,industry and education.Coal colleges and universities should actively face the industrial demand of regional economic and social development and future strategic areas,promote the all-round integration of structural elements on the supply side and industrial demand side of talent training,and speed up the training of innovative talents.It will provide strong talent support for the realization of"carbon peak"by 2030 and"carbon China cooperation"by 2060,and make greater contributions to the comprehensive green transformation of China’s economy and society.
