医学院校教学实验室管理模式分析

摘　　要：为了提升医学院校实验教学水平,创新实验室管理模式非常必要。根据现阶段实验室管理模式运行情况探索创新思路,提出实验教学联系理论教学、加强实验室软硬件设施建设、实验室建设联系学科与人才培养目标、构建综合实验室、健全实验室管理制度与体系等建议,进而加强医学院校实验教学能力,培养符合医学行业要求的高素质人才。In order to improve the experiment teaching level of the medical college,it is necessary to innovate laboratory management mode.According to the operation situation of laboratory management mode,the innovative thinking path is explored.It is suggested to connect laboratory and theory teaching,strengthen the construction of laboratory software and hardware construction,connect laboratory construction and the target of discipline and talent training,construct comprehensive laboratory,and perfect laboratory management system,etc,in order to strengthen the experiment teaching ability of the medical college,and train high-quality talents who meet the demand of medical industry.
