摘  要:针对集成电路板在回焊炉中的自动焊接,分析研究炉温曲线的设计问题。建立一维非稳态热传导方程的差分格式,通过曲线拟合求解方程中的热传导系数,并进行灵敏度分析。为求出传送带最大过炉速度,采用反向搜索法,逐次减小速度并检验制程界限的约束,得到满意结果。针对炉温曲线在高温阶段覆盖面积最小的要求,建立离散化面积计算公式,通过优化求得各温区的设定温度及过炉速度,确保炉温曲线各项指标均符合制程界限。The design of furnace temperature curve is studied regarding the automatic welding of integrated circuit board in the reflow furnace.The difference scheme of one-dimensional unsteady heat conduction equation is established,and the heat conduction coefficient in solving the equation is obtained by curve fitting.Then the sensitivity analysis is carried out.To find the maximum speed of conveyor belt passing through furnace,the reverse search is adopted to reduce the speed gradually and check the constraints of process limit.A satisfactory result is obtained.At the request of minimizing the coverage area of furnace temperature curve at high temperature stage,a discrete area calculation formula is established.Through optimization,the temperatures in each temperature zone and the passing-furnace speedsare set to make sure that all indicators of furnace temperature curve are in line with the process limit.
