响应面优化提取发芽糙米多糖及对递增负荷运动大鼠的肾脏功能的研究

摘  要:应用响应面法优化超临界CO_(2)法萃取发芽糙米多糖的工艺,并研究发芽糙米多糖对递增负荷运动大鼠的肾脏功能的影响。最佳萃取工艺条件:萃取温度53℃、萃取压力36 MPa、乙醇体积分数63%。在此条件下发芽糙米多糖平均得率为17.88%。大鼠递增负荷运动试验表明,发芽糙米多糖由于具有较强的抗氧化能力,可以使血尿素氮(BUN)、丙二醛(MDA)水平降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平升高,可以改善递增负荷运动后导致的肾功能损伤。Response surface method was used to optimize the supercritical CO_(2) extraction process of germinated brown rice polysaccharides,and the effect of germinated brown rice polysaccharides on renal function of rats undergoing incremental load exercise was studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 53 ℃,extraction pressure 36 MPa and ethanol volume fraction63 %. Under these conditions,the average yield of polysaccharides from germinated brown rice was17. 88%. The incremental load exercise test in rats showed that germinated brown rice polysaccharides had stroy antioxidant ability,which could reduce the levels of blood urea nitrogen( BUN) and malondialdehyde( MDA),increase the levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSHPX),and improve the renal function injury caused by incremental load exercise.
