高职院校建设产业学院的路径研究与探索--以辽宁金融新道云财务产业学院为例

摘　　要：建设高职院校产业学院,要发挥政府统筹规划、企业重要主体、人才培养改革主线、社会组织供需对接作用,建立“四位一体”的制度。要强力推进产教融合,聚焦高端产业和产业高端,加快推进高水平技能型会计专业人才建设,实现专业群与地区及国家重点行业、产业链紧密对接,培养能够真正支撑区域传统产业升级、现代服务业加快发展的复合型智能人才。To construct industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges,it needs to give play to the role of overall planning of the government,the main body of enterprises,the reform of talent training,and the supply and demand of social organizations,and establish a"four-in-one"system.It is necessary to vigorously promote the integration of industry and education,focus on high-end industry,accelerate the construction of high-level skilled accounting professionals,achieve close connection between professional groups and regional and national key industries and industrial chains,and cultivate compound intelligent talents that can truly support the upgrading of regional traditional industries and accelerate the development of modern service industry.
