摘　　要：实习生管理是辅导员学生工作的最后一公里。第三学年度实习期是高职学生的一个特殊阶段,是大学生由学生角色向员工角色转变过渡的时期。在这段过渡期里,实习生容易出现角色转换、就业焦虑、经济压力等问题。基于此,实习生管理应该在尊重实习生特点的基础上联合校友、企业、家庭、学校多方力量进行交叉网络管理平台的建立,以完成实习生的成长成才,实现企业与学校的双赢。Intern management is the last mile of student management for a counselor.Internship in the third year is a special stage for college students,which is the transition period from students to employees.In this transitional period,interns tend to suffer from role change,employment anxiety,economic pressure and other problems.Apart from respecting the characteristics of interns,intern management should establish a cross network management platform with the help of alumni,enterprises,families and schools,so as to help the growth of interns and achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and schools.
