摘 要:目的:评估高效液相色谱法测定保健食品多种矿物质维生素咀嚼片中泛酸钙含量的不确定度。方法:通过对不确定度的来源进行分析,建立数学模型,并对不确定度的各分量进行计算和合成,得出测定结果的不确定度。结果:当咀嚼片中泛酸钙的含量测定结果为0.312 g/100 g时,扩展不确定度为0.0093 g/100 g(k=2)。结论:试验过程中不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线溶液的配制过程、测定的重复性及方法的回收率,该方法可为高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中泛酸钙含量的不确定度评定提供参考。Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of calcium pantothenate in multi-mineral vitamin chewable tablets of health food by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:By analyzing the sources of uncertainty,establishing a mathematical model,and calculating and synthesizing each component of the uncertainty,the uncertainty of the measurement result was obtained.Results:When the content of calcium pantothenate in the chewable tablet was 0.312 g/100 g,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0093 g/100 g(k=2).Conclusion:The main sources of uncertainty during the experiment were the preparation process of the standard curve solution,the repeatability of the determination,and the recovery rate of the method.This method can provide a reference for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of calcium pantothenate in health food by high performance liquid chromatography.
