摘  要:食品抽检可以加强监管力度,为监管工作提供可靠的技术支持,需要在抽检过程中按照法律法规和食品安全规定进行,面对需求的增多,迫切需要设计食品抽检冷链运输信息化系统,为食品抽检及监管工作提供可靠的系统和技术的支持。本文主要围绕4个方面分析,硬件的设计与安装、温湿度系统的全面把控、食品检测技术的运用、围绕当下疫情防控要求,为提升监管效率,确保食品质量与安全,对冷链食品安全信息化管理进行相关思考。Food sampling can strengthen supervision,provide reliable technical support for supervision work,need to be in the process of sampling in accordance with laws and regulations and food safety regulations,in the face of the increasing demand,urgent need to design food sampling cold chain transportation information system,for food sampling and supervision work to provide reliable system and technical support.This paper mainly focuses on the four aspects of the analysis,the design and installation of hardware,the comprehensive control of temperature and humidity system,the application of food testing technology,around the current epidemic prevention and control requirements,in order to improve the efficiency of supervision,and ensure food quality and safety,the information management of cold chain food safety is related thinking.
