摘  要:凝胶是一种常见的化学堵水物质,其化学性质稳定,价格便宜。针对凝胶力学特性分析的仪器大多为接触式仪器,或过于笨拙,或操作过于繁琐,为此提出一种非接触式的凝胶物理特性分析方法。该方法根据凝胶在毛细管中移动的基本特征,首先对凝胶图像进行针对性预处理,然后采用一种广度搜索的自适应阈值分割方法,得到精准的凝胶凹液面,进而对凝胶的动态力学性质进行计算与分析。实验表明,运用该方法分析凝胶的力学特性,平均误差率低于1%,具有较好的准确性和鲁棒性。Gel is a common chemical water plugging material.Its chemical property is stable and its price is cheap.Most of the gel mechanical property analysis instruments are contact instruments,which are generally clumsy,or complicated to operation.For this reason,a non-contact gel mechanical property analysis method is proposed.First,the gel image is preprocessed according to the basic characteristics of the gel moving in the capillary.Then,the accurate gel concave surface is got using an adaptive threshold segmentation method based on breadth search,and the dynamic mechanical properties of the gel are calculated and analyzed.The experimental results show that the average error of analyzing the mechanical properties of the gel using this method is less than 1%,and this method has good accuracy and robustness.
