摘 要:目的:探索并分析三维重建技术联合PBL教学模式在外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肝胆外科进行住院医师规范化培训的学生69名,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=35)和试验组(n=34)。对照组采用传统PBL教学法,试验组采用三维重建技术联合PBL教学法。通过理论测试比较分析2组学生医学专业知识掌握程度和临床实践技能操作成绩,采用问卷调查形式评价教学效果。结果:试验组专业知识掌握程度和临床实践技能操作成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。教学效果评价结果显示,试验组总体满意度、自主学习能力、解决问题能力、临床思维能力、课堂氛围、沟通能力等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中,三维重建技术联合PBL教学模式更有助于提高学习成效,提升教学质量。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of 3-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of standardized training for surgical residents.Methods:Sixty-nine surgical residents received standardized training in our hospital in 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=35)and the experimental group(n=34)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional PBL teaching method,and the experimental group received 3-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with PBL teaching mode.The scores of theoretical test and clinical practice skills were compared between the two groups.The teaching effect was evaluated by the questionnaire survey.Results:The professional knowledge mastery and clinical practice skills in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction,self-study ability,problem-solving ability,clinical thinking ability,classroom atmosphere,communication ability in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized training and clinical teaching of surgical residents,3-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with PBL teaching mode is more helpful to improve learning effectiveness and improve teaching quality.
