摘 要:该文通过对车辆噪声和车轮非圆化磨耗开展跟踪测试和分析,发现存在车轮非圆化磨耗的列车在运行过程中,其转向架区域噪声窄带频谱上会出现了以非圆化磨耗激励频率为中心,以过轨枕频率为间隔等间距分布的噪声峰值(即噪声边频带)。这使得车轮非圆化磨耗不仅会影响其激励频率处的列车轨道结构的振动和噪声,还会对其他频段的噪声产生重要影响。为研究其产生机理和影响因素,将车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型和传统的TWINS轮轨噪声理论相结合,建立能够考虑车辆实际移动条件下轮轨间每时每刻相互耦合作用关系的噪声预测模型。计算结果表明,转向架区域噪声产生边频带这一现象是过轨枕激励和非圆化磨耗激励耦合作用导致的,列车运行速度、非圆化磨耗幅值、扣件刚度等因素均对轮轨噪声边频带有显著影响。该文的研究成果对高速列车轮轨噪声理论的推进和轮轨噪声预测模型的发展具有积极的影响。This paper conducts a detailed investigation into the relationships between high-speed wheel polygonal wear excitation and wheel-rail noise of high-speed trains through extensive field experiments and numerical simulations.In the field experiments,it was observed that the equally distributed wheel-rail noise peaks with the polygonal wear excitation frequency are as their center and the sleeper frequency as their interval.These noise peaks around the central frequency are also called modulation sidebands of the wheel-rail noise,which indicates the polygonal wear of the wheel greatly influences not only the wheel-rail noise level at the polygonal wear exciting frequency but also in wide frequency band.The present paper develops a new wheel-rail noise prediction model which combines the vehicle-track coupling dynamics model with the traditional TWINS wheel-rail noise theory and the key factors which influence these equally distributed peaks in the wheel-rail noise are studied.The simulation model could consider the interaction between the wheels and rails under the actual movement of the vehicle at all times.The results show that the mechanism of the sidebands of wheel rail noise is coupling effect of sleeper pass excitation and dynamics stiffness of Hertz spring under excitation of polygonal wear,and the operating speed,the amplitude of polygonal wear,the stiffness of fastener have a significant influence on it.The research results of this paper are helpful to the advancement of wheel-rail noise theory of high-speed trains and the development of wheel-rail noise prediction models.
