摘 要:社会教育实践从其产生根源来看,是一种连接个人与社会的载体,验证了个人利益与社会利益的辩证统一关系。古典启蒙思想中的民主人权观念、工业化推进过程中频发的社会问题以及近代学校教育制度的改革与教育机会均等运动,都促成了社会教育从“社会的教育”范畴里独立出来,成为一种新形式的教育实践。同时,也凸显了社会教育实践从社会整体利益出发考虑教育发展问题的倾向。为弥补工业化与城市化带来的副作用,社会教育实践不但致力于对弱势群体进行社会扶助,改善并提升民众素质,甚至作为社会问题解决的教育式方案,为社会摆脱工具理性危机、打破个体主义崇拜,进而重建并稳固当时危机四伏的社会秩序贡献了力量。这样的秩序逻辑也同样鲜明地反映在我国社会教育实践发展的历史与现实中。基于此,我国当前语境下的社会教育实践发展应继续遵循秩序旨归。这一方面要求社会教育实践通过助力伦理秩序重构、融入基层社会治理来继续发挥其秩序性价值,另一方面也是社会教育实践本身实现其秩序性发展的内在要求。Social educational practice,from its origin,is a carrier connecting individuals and society,which verifies the dialectical and unified relationship between individual interests and social interests.The concept of democracy and human rights in the classical enlightenment thought,the frequent social problems in the process of industrialization,the reform of the modern school education system and the movement of equal educational opportunities all contribute to the independence of social education from the category of"social education"and become a new form of educational practice.At the same time,it also highlights the tendency of social education practice considering educational development from the perspective of social overall interests.To make up for the side effects of industrialization and urbanization,social education practice is not only committed to social assistance to vulnerable groups,to improve and raise the people quality,even to contribute to getting rid of instrumental rationality crisis for the society and breaking the worship of individualism,and then rebuilding and stabilizing the social order threatened by growing crisis as an educational solution to social problems.This order logic is also clearly reflected in the history and reality of the development of social education practice in China.Based on this,the development of social education practice in the current context of our country should continue to follow the purport of the order.On the one hand,social education practice is required to continue to play its orderly value by assisting the reconstruction of ethical order and integrating into grass-roots social governance.On the other hand,it is also the internal requirement of social educational practice itself to realize its orderly development.
