基于Weibull型分布的最大和最小次序统计量矩计算

摘　　要：在双参数Weibull型分布下,分别推导和计算了最大和最小次序统计量的高阶原点矩,并将其应用,给出了样本极差的期望和方差表达式。Under the two-parameter Weibull-type distribution,the higher-order origin moments of the maximum and minimum order statistics are deduced and calculated,respectively,and applied to give the expectation and variance expressions of the sample range.
