摘 要:国际航运业的快速发展对海员的跨文化交际能力提出了更高要求。航海类高职院校是海员培养的摇篮,肩负着提高学生跨文化交际能力培养的重要使命。航海类高职院校应从根源上变革教学理念,在课程设置中增加跨文化内容的比重,创造条件提升教师自身的文化涵养,并在校园营造良好的文化氛围,形成学校重视跨文化教育、教师参与跨文化教育、学生主动提升跨文化交际能力的良好局面,从而培养出综合素质高、跨文化交际能力强的新时期国际化海运人才。The rapid development of international shipping industry has put forward higher requirements for seafarers’cross-cultural communication ability.Maritime-related colleges are the cradle of seafarers’cultivation,and shoulder the important mission of improving students’cross-cultural communication ability.Maritime-related colleges should fundamentally change the teaching concept,increase the proportion of cross-cultural content in curriculum setting,shape conditions to improve teachers own cultural quality,and create favorite campus culture atmosphere,so as to shape favorite situation of college attaching importance to cross-cultural education,teachers participating in cross-cultural education and students taking initiatives to improve their cross-cultural communication ability,and cultivating international maritime talents with high comprehensive quality and strong cross-cultural communication ability in the new era.
