摘  要:通过水蒸气蒸馏提取松脂水相挥发物,并采用气质联用对其化学组成及含量进行分析,结果表明:第一级沉淀池(1#)水相中挥发物最高为3.18%,挥发性成分共鉴定出44个化学成分,占总含量的97.328%;第二级沉淀池(2#)共鉴定出41个化学成分,占总含量的96.476%;第三级沉淀池(3#)共鉴定出36个化学成分,占总含量的95.989%。1#、2#、3#挥发性成分含量较高的均为α-松油醇、乙酸松油酯、β-松油醇、1-松油醇、乙酸异胡薄荷酯、龙脑、4-松油醇、长叶烯8种物质。松脂加工水相挥发物主要以单萜及其含氧衍生物为主。The volatiles in the water phase of oleoresin processing were extracted by steam distillation,and the chemical composition and content were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the highest volatile matter in the water phase of the first stage sedimentation tank(1#)was 3.18%.A total of 44 chemical components were identified in the volatile components of 1#,accounting for 97.328%of the total content;41 chemical components were identified in 2#,accounting for 96.476%of the total content;36 chemical components were identified in 3#,accounting for the total content 95.989%of the content.1#,2#and 3#,which had higher content of volatile components,wereα-terpineol,terpineol acetate,β-terpineol,1-terpineol,isopulegol acetate,borneol,4-terpineol,longifolene,etc..Monoterpenes and their oxygen-containing derivatives were the main volatiles in water phase of pine resin processing.
