摘 要:目的:展示医学类课程思政教学育人过程,总结常见的课程思政类型和开展方式,为医学院校教育工作者开展课程思政教学提供借鉴。方法:选取某医学高校12门医学类课程20个课程思政教学案例为调查对象,观察其课堂教学活动,对教学效果进行问卷调查,并对主讲老师和授课学生进行深度访谈。结果:与职业素养关系密切的类型,如医学科学精神采取显性教育,可以取得很好的效果;而对文化自信等与医学职业素养关系间接的课程思政类型,采用隐性育人方式比显性教学效果更好。部分案例被过度挖掘,引发回弹,导致课程思政育人效果不佳。结论:针对不同类别的课程思政元素,适合采用不同的教学方式,坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一,重在隐性教育。通过公共基础课-专业基础课-专业核心课的层级协同,协同育人无声、耦合、精准。Objective To study the process of curriculum ideological and politics education in medical courses,and provide references for medical college educators to carry out curriculum ideological and politics education teaching.Methods Twenty cases of curriculum ideological and politics teaching of 12 medical courses were sampled from one medical university and studied by ob-serving their classroom teaching activities,surveying with questionnaire on the teaching effect,and conducting in-depth inter-views with the lecturers and students.Results For types closely related to professional quality such as medical science spirit,tak-ing explicit education can achieve good results.While for the curriculum ideological and political types that indirectly related to medical professionalism such as cultural confidence,the implicit education method can achieve better effect.Some cases were overexploited,which can cause rebound and result in unsatisfactory effect.Conclusion For different types of curriculum ideological and political elements,it is suitable to adopt different teaching methods,adhere to the unity of explicit education and implicit edu-cation,and focus on implicit education.Through the hierarchical collaboration of public basic courses,professional basic courses and professional core courses,collaborative education can be improved.
