摘  要:目的将案例教学法(Case based learning,CBL)与皮肤镜相结合的双轨教学模式用于皮肤科规培医师临床教学当中,探讨其教学效果。方法选取80名在广州中医药大学第一附属医院皮肤科规培的医师为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与实验组,实验组采用CBL+皮肤镜进行教学,对照组采用CBL进行教学。实习带教结束时对2组医师进行随堂测试、技能考试、临床能力问卷调查、学习兴趣及满意度问卷调查。结果实验组随堂测试、技能考试、问卷调查的成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合皮肤镜双轨教学模式得到了学生的普遍认可,教学效果显著,为皮肤科临床教学提供新的思路。Objective To explore the application of case-based teaching method and dermoscopy in the clinical teaching of dermatology standardization training.Methods Eighty students who were internship in the dermatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group used the case-based learning and dermoscopy for teaching,and the control group used the case-based teaching method for teaching.The results of in-class test,skills test,clinical ability questionnaire,students’learning interest and satisfaction were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of In-class test,skill test,questionnaire of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching method combined with dermoscopy has been widely recognized by students,and the teaching effect is remarkable,which provides a new idea for clinical teaching of dermatology.
