摘 要:目的评价陇南市成县小学生使用标准性教育课程包进行性与生殖健康教育的性教育模式干预效果,为今后在小学生中开展学校性教育提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取陇南市成县317名小学生,使用自编问卷进行调查;采用标准性教育课程包干预一学期。应用重复测量方差分析和χ^(2)检验评价性与生殖健康干预效果。结果性与生殖健康知识干预效果:干预前小学生生理卫生、生殖健康、青春期知识得分分别为5.87、2.89、2.91分;干预后,干预因素、时间因素对性与生殖健康知识得分影响均有统计学意义,且干预因素和时间因素之间存在交互作用(P均<0.05)。社会性别认知态度干预效果:干预前小学生对社会性别认知态度得分为12.25分;干预后,干预因素、时间因素对社会性别认知态度得分影响均有统计学意义(F_(干预效应)=4.93,F_(时间效应)=20.23,P均<0.05),但干预因素和时间因素之间交互作用无统计学意义(F_(交互效应)=1.75,P>0.05)。性安全隐私认知干预效果:干预前33.99%的小学生认为"生殖器官属于隐私器官",85.29%认为"男、女孩隐私部位不可以随便让别人看或者摸",干预组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为1.06和5.98,P均>0.05);干预后干预组正确认知比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为12.96和7.40,P均<0.05)。对性与生殖健康教育课程评价:干预后,90.91%干预组小学生认为此次性与生殖健康教育课程对其有帮助。结论以标准性教育课程包为基础开展学校性与生殖健康教育可提高小学生性与生殖健康知识水平、纠正其社会性别刻板印象、提高性安全隐私认知。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of the sex education model using a standard sex education curriculum package for sexual and reproductive health education among elementary school students in Cheng county of Longnan city,and to provide a reference basis for future school sex education among elementary school students.Methods A whole-group sampling method was used to select 317 elementary school students in Cheng county of Longnan city,and a self-administered questionnaire was used to conduct the survey.The standard sex education curriculum package was used to intervene for one semester.Repeated measures ANOVA and χ^(2) test were applied to evaluate the effect of sexual and reproductive health intervention.Results The effect of sex and reproductive health knowledge intervention:the scores of physical hygiene,reproductive health,and puberty knowledge of elementary school students before the intervention were5.87,2.89,and 2.91 points,respectively;after the intervention,the effects of intervention factors and time factors on the scores of sex and reproductive health knowledge were statistically significant,and there was an interaction between intervention factors and time factors(all P<0.05).Effects of gender cognitive attitude intervention:before the intervention,elementary school students scored 12.25 points on gender cognitive attitudes;after the intervention,the effects of intervention factors and time factors on gender cognitive attitudes scores were statistically significant(F_(intervention effect)=4.93,F_(time effect)=20.23,P<0.05),but the interaction between intervention factors and time factors was not statistically significant(F_(interaction effect)=1.75,P>0.05).Effect of intervention on perceptions of sexual security privacy:before the intervention,33.99% of elementary school students believed that “genital organs are private organs” and 85.29% believed that “boys and girls are not allowed to let others see or touch their private parts”,and the differences between the intervention and
