德国以数字技术推动教育国际化发展战略分析

摘　　要：德国运用数字技术为推动德国教育、科学和研究的国际化发展开辟了新的路径,这是德国在国际竞争格局下,实施全球化科技合作的战略布局和推动教育国际化的必然选择。德国通过积极推动以数字化教育为重点的国际合作项目,构建数字化的课程与学术交流平台,引导企业参与数字化教育产品与服务的对外输出以及鼓励非政府组织参与国际合作项目的协调等系列举措,进一步推动了德国教育国际化的发展进程。这在一定程度上促进了学生的国际化流动,提升了德国高校的国际知名度,并通过教育援助在帮助发展中国家实现教育现代化方面发挥了积极作用。德国以数字技术推动教育国际化发展,这对我国教育具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。Germany’s use of digital technology has opened up a new development path for promoting the international development of German education,science and research.This is an inevitable choice for Germany to implement the strategic layout of global scientific and technological cooperation and promote the internationalization of education under the international competition landscape.The internationalization process of German education was further promoted by actively assiting international cooperation projects focusing on digital education,building a digital curriculum and academic exchange platform,guiding enterprises to participate in the export of digital education products and services,and encouraging NGOs to participate in the coordination of international cooperation projects.This has promoted the international flow of students to a certain extent,enhanced the international reputation of German universities,and played an active role in helping developing countries realize the modernization of education through educational aid.Germany’s use of digital technology to promote the internationalization of education has certain enlightenment and reference,which are significance to China.
