摘  要:采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术(Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,LIBS)进行海参元素的定性分析,快速建立海参的元素谱。实验采用商业LIBS(ChemReveal^(TM)-3764,TSI,美国)直接进行海参光谱采集。基于美国国家原子光谱标准与技术数据库,进行LIBS谱线辨识。结果显示海参LIBS光谱中主要有钙(Ca)、钠(Na)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)等元素,同时检测到铁(Fe)、钡(Ba)和锶(Sr)元素。结果表明LIBS技术为海参提供了可靠、快速多元素分析方法;且具有快速和近似无损的优点,为各种海参产品的元素检测提供理论依据。The objective of this work were to perform the qualitative analysis of sea cucumber(Stichopus japonicus Selenka)elements by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)technique,and obtain the elemental spectra of sea cucumber.A spectrometer(ChemReveal^(TM)-3764,TSI Inc.,St Paul,MN,USA)was employed to collect the spectra of sea cucumber.The LIBS spectral lines were identified based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST)database.The main elements of sea cucumber included Ca,Na,K,Mg,etc.Besides,Fe,Ba and Sr were detected in sea cucumbers.The results demonstrated that LIBS provided a reliable and rapid multi-element analysis method for sea cucumbers.Moreover,LIBS possessed a wide application prospect in the element analysis of sea cucumbers with rapid and nondestructive advantages.
