摘  要:随着信息时代的高速发展,信息化技术融入课堂教学已成为现代课堂教学的重要手段,本文以《醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分离血清蛋白》为例,分析生物化学实验教学过程中存在的问题,将信息化教学手段和实验教学相结合,构建超星学习通网络教学平台,实现课前线上学习、课中线上线下结合、课后线上拓展的混合教学模式,提高学生自主学习能力,优化教学信息化设计,推动教学改革,从而提升实验教学效果。实践结果和学生反馈均表明,将信息化学习环境下的自主学习和实验学习环境下的合作学习相互结合,能有效地达到教学目标,实现以学生为主体完成了知识、理论、实践一体化的教学,为进一步完善在线课程的建设和教学模式的改革提供借鉴。With the rapid development of the information age,the integration of information technology into classroom teaching has become an important means of modern classroom teaching.Taking“separation of serum protein by cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis”as an example,the problems in Biochemistry experiment teaching were analyzed,combined information-based teaching means and experimental teaching,super star learning network teaching platformwas constructed,the mixed teaching mode of front-line learning,online and offline combination in class and online expansion after class was realized,students autonomous learning abilitywas improved,teaching information designwas optimized,teaching reformwas promoted,so as to improve the effect of experimental teaching.The results of practice and students feedback showed that the combination of autonomous learning in the information learning environment and cooperative learning in the experimental learning environment can effectively achieve the teaching objectives,achieve the integration of knowledge,theory and practice with students as the main body,and provide reference for further improving the construction of online courses and the reform of teaching mode.
