摘　　要：信息化时代疫情下的在线教学变革使教育步入了新常态,文章从“以生为本、生命至上、以学定教”的在线教学教育理念出发,将改革教学范式以提高育人质量、建立学习范式以提升学习效果作为民办本科高校内涵建设目标任务,提出了以课堂革命为抓手,推进本科教育回归与变革的建设路径,并在信息化教学条件、信息化教学力、信息化领导力和信息化服务力等方面提出了保障措施,旨在为民办本科高校内涵建设提供参考性建议。In the information era,online teaching reform under the background of epidemic situation has brought education into a new normality.Based on the online teaching concept of"students-oriented,life priority,teaching aimed to learning",this paper takes the reform of teaching paradigm to improve education quality of education and the establishment of learning paradigm to improve the learning effect as the objective task of the connotation construction of private undergraduate universities.Meanwhile,the author puts forward the construction path that the return and reform of undergraduate education should be promoted on the basis of holding the classroom revolution.Moreover,some safeguard measures are also put forward,in the aspects of information teaching conditions,information teaching ability,information leadership and information service ability in order to provide some references for the connotation construction of private undergraduate universities.
