摘  要:目的分析疫情期间利用钉钉直播软件开展口腔医学在线教育培训的应用效果。方法选取中山大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓病科110名医护人员及中山大学光华口腔医学院近三年口腔医学研究生265人作为本实验中的研究对象。牙体牙髓病科于两周内完成四次口腔医学在线培训,分别由四名医生以钉钉直播的形式进行病例汇报;研究生群于两周内完成四次口腔医学在线教育,分别由四名学院教师以钉钉直播的形式进行科研授课。所有参与人员均填写课题组编写的《口腔医学在线教育培训问卷调查》。结果牙体牙髓病科群进行四次培训的人员在线率分别是62.70%,61.80%,60.00%及47.30%,研究生群进行四次科研教育的人员在线率分别是66.90%,67.70%,53.40%及29.30%。牙体牙髓病科群对于在线培训几大优势的认同率较高,分别是85.44%,87.38%,91.26%,69.90%和68.93%。研究生群体的认同率相对较低,分别是74.61%,74.62%,84.23%,58.08%和46.92%。牙体牙髓病科群中有69.90%的人同意口腔医学在线教育培训易于理解,有98%的人赞同应选择较好的网络软件及直播平台,有94.17%的人认为在线培训应与传统培训方式相结合。研究生群的数据分别是79.23%,94,23%及97.31%,观点相对一致。结论两个群体人员都可有效参与在线教育培训,但仍需要一定的实时提醒;两个群体人员都认同在线培训教育的优势,不同群体认同程度的不同取决于教育培训的内容、方式与习惯;两个群体人员均肯定了在线教育培训的优越性,更认同未来的教育培训应是线下与线上相结合的混合教育方式。Objective To analyze the application effect of using DingTalk live broadcast software to carry out online education and training of stomatology during the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods A total of 110 medical staff from the department of operative dentistry and endodontics,Hospital of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University,and 265 postgraduate students of Guanghua School of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University,were selected as the research objects in this experiment.The department of operative dentistry and endodontics completed four online stomatology trainings in two weeks,and four doctors conducted clinical case reports in the form of live broadcasts;the postgraduate group completed four online stomatology educations in two weeks.The faculty members of the college conducted lectures on scientific research in the form of live broadcasts.All participants filled out the Stomatology Online Education and Training Questionnaire Survey prepared by the research group.Results The online rates of the personnel who carried out four trainings in the department of operative dentistry and endodontics were 62.70%,61.80%,60.00%and 47.30%.The online rates of the postgraduates who carried out the four scientific research educations were 66.90%,67.70%,53.40%and 29.30%,respectively.The endodontic group has a higher approval rate for several advantages of online training,which are 85.44%,87.38%,91.26%,69.90%and 68.93%.The approval rate of the postgraduate group is relatively low,74.61%,74.62%,84.23%,58.08%and 46.92%,respectively.69.90%of the endodontic group agrees that online training can understand what they have learned,98%agree that better network software and live broadcast platforms should be selected,and 94.17%consider that online training should combine with traditional training methods.The data of the postgraduate group are 79.23%,94.23%,and 97.31%,respectively,and the views are relatively consistent.Conclusion During COVID-19,both two groups of people can effectively participate in online education and training,bu
