摘 要:目的通过基于解决临床问题的基础医学教学改革探索,探讨对医学生运用基础理论知识解决临床问题能力的岗位胜任力培养的影响。方法将2014级-2021级临床医学专业、医学检验技术专业、口腔医学专业和中药学专业本科生共1754名学生作为研究对象,根据办学定位、专业培养目标要求和学情特点,制定课程目标,设计教学内容,建设教学资源,改革教学方法,构建评价方式,构建“以学生为中心病例为基础解决临床问题为导向教案为指导多种教学方法并用试卷检验”的基础医学学科基础课程教学模式。结果2018年临床医学专业学生的临床执业医师资格考试成绩,本校考生与全国院校考生基础医学部分认知层次平均掌握率,理解和应用模块均高于全国水平。结论“以学生为中心病例为基础解决临床问题为导向教案为指导多种教学方法并用试卷检验”的教学模式,能够提高学生分析解决临床问题能力的岗位胜任力。Objective Through the exploration of the reform of basic medicine teaching based on solving clinical problems,the influence on the training of post competence in the ability of medical students to use basic theoretical knowledge to solve clinical problems is discussed.Methods A total of 1754 undergraduate students were enrolled in clinical medicine at level 2014-2021,medical examination technology,oral medicine,and traditional Chinese pharmacy.According to the orientation of running schools,professional training objectives and requirements and learning characteristics,We formulated curriculum objectives,designed teaching content,built teaching resources,reformed teaching methods,built evaluation methods,and built a basic medicine subject basic curriculum teaching mode of"student-centered-case-based-clinical problem solving-teaching plan as guidance-multiple teaching methods and use-examination paper test".Results Results of the Clinical Physician Qualification Examination for Clinical Medicine Students in 2018 showed that the average cognitive mastery rate of basic medicine between the examinees and the country,and the understanding and application modules are higher than the national level.Conclusion The teaching mode of"student-centered-case-based-clinical problem solving-teaching plan as guidance-multiple teaching methods and use-examination paper test"can improve students'ability to analyze and solve clinical problems.
