校企合作模式在牡丹江医学院生物医学工程专业实习就业中的应用

摘　　要：目的该研究旨在探讨校企合作模式对于牡丹江医学院生物医学工程专业学生实习就业的影响情况。方法该研究回顾性分析自2017年7月—2019年7月间于牡丹江医学院生物医学工程专业就读并进行生产实习的学生共计168名。其中包括18届毕业生83名,作为对照组;19届毕业生85名,作为观察组。观察组采用校企合作的生产实习模式,将学生指派给指定的合作企业,进行全程的生产实习;对照组采用常规的在校及进入附属医院的生产实习模式。分别于实习结束后比较两组学生的理论知识情况、实践操作情况、满意度情况及就业率情况,并进行统计学分析。结果考核结果显示观察组学生理论知识成绩及实践操作成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示观察组学生满意度明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的就业率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论校企合作模式对于生物医学工程专业学生实习效果有较大的提升,就业率相比于常规实习自主就业也更高,值得借鉴推广。Objective The study aims to explore the impact of school-enterprise cooperation mode on the internship and employment of students majoring in biomedical engineering at Mudanjiang Medical College.Methods The study retrospectively analyzed a total of 168 students who studied in the biomedical engineering major of Mudanjiang Medical College and conducted production internships from July 2017 to July 2019.Including 83 graduates of the 18th grade,recorded as the control group;85 graduates of the 19th grade,recorded as the observation group.The observation group adopted the school-enterprise cooperation mode of production and internships,and assigned students to designated cooperative companies for full production internships;the control group adopted the routine mode of production and internships at school and entering the affiliated hospital.After the internship,the theoretical knowledge,practical operation,satisfaction and employment rate of the two groups of students were compared,and statistical analysis was performed.Results The assessment results showed that the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The employment rate of students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The school-enterprise cooperation model has greatly improved the internship effect of biomedical engineering students,and the employment rate is higher than that of regular internships.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
