摘 要:目的研究翻转课堂应用于血透室护理带教的实践效果。方法随机抽取2019年1—12月接收的74名血透室实习护生作为研究对象,分为选用常规实习带教的对照组37名和接受翻转课堂教学的研究组37名。比较两组实习护生的理论成绩、操作成绩、临床综合能力评分以及教学满意度。结果研究组实习护生的理论成绩、操作成绩、临床综合能力评分以及教学满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学模式应用于血透室护理带教能够显著改善实习生的学习积极性,提高护生的理论考核成绩和实践操作成绩,改善教学质量,提升教学满意度。Objective To study the practical effect of flipped classroom in nursing teaching in hemodialysis room.Methods A random selection of 74 intern medical students in the hemodialysis room from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 37 nrusing students in the control group who selected regular internships and 37 cases in the study group who received flipped classroom teaching.The theoretical scores,operating scores,clinical comprehensive ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical scores,operating scores,clinical comprehensive ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the study group of interns were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model applied to nursing teaching in the hemodialysis room can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm of interns,improve the theoretical assessment scores and practical performance of nursing students,improve teaching quality,and enhance teaching satisfaction.
