摘  要:目的分析综合模拟实训在重症医学科临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月该院重症医学科接收的40名临床实习医师进行研究,按照随机分组法将其分为两个小组,参照组临床实习医师应用常规训练,观察组临床实习医师应用综合模拟实训。分析两组重症医学科临床实习医师教学后的考核成绩、临床工作能力、教学满意度。结果在对重症医学科临床实习医师进行临床实践教学后,观察组临床实习医师的考核成绩、临床工作能力均优于参照组,且教学满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对重症医学科临床实习医师进行临床实践教学时,应用综合模拟实训能够丰富临床实习医师专业知识,锻炼其临床工作能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive simulation training in clinical practice teaching of critical care medicine.Methods 40 clinical interns accepted by the Department of Intensive Care Medicine from July 2020 to July 2021 in the hospital were selected for the research,and they were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,clinical interns in the reference group applied regular training,and clinical interns in the observation group applied comprehensive simulation training.Analyzed the assessment results,clinical work ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of clinical interns in the Department of Critical Care Medicine after teaching.Results After conducting clinical practice teaching to clinical interns in the Department of Critical Care Medicine,the evaluation scores and clinical work ability of clinical interns in the observation group were better than those of the reference group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting clinical practice teaching for clinical interns in the Department of Critical Care Medicine,the application of comprehensive simulation training can enrich the professional knowledge of clinical interns,exercise their clinical work ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
