摘 要:目的评估心血管外科实习带教中应用PBL教学法的有效性。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月该院心血管外科实习生62名为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各31名。对照组执行常规带教法,观察组执行PBL教学法,比较两组心血管外科实习生的教学效果。结果观察组理论考核成绩、临床实践考核成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习主动性、教学过程互动、知识掌握、临床工作应用评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生学习兴趣、学习主动性、学习效果、学习方法掌握、教学方式满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组评判思维能力评分(寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度及总分)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管外科实习带教中应用PBL教学法具有较高的应用价值,可以有效提升实习生的带教效果和评判思维能力,改善带教教师和实习生之间的评价结果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of PBL teaching method in cardiovascular surgery practice teaching.Methods 62 cardiovascular surgery interns from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,31 in the control group and 31 in the observation group.The control group implemented conventional teaching method and the observation group implemented PBL teaching method.The teaching effects of cardiovascular surgery interns in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and clinical practice assessment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's learning initiative,teaching process interaction,knowledge mastery,and clinical work application scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the interns in the observation group in learning interest,learning initiative,learning effect,learning method mastery,and teaching method satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's critical thinking ability score(seeking the truth,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,thinking confidence,curiosity,cognitive maturity and total score)was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in cardiovascular surgery practice teaching has high application value,which can effectively improve the teaching effect and critical thinking ability of interns,and improve the evaluation results between teachers and interns.
