摘  要:以商合杭(商丘—合肥—杭州)高速铁路肥东站高填帮宽路基为依托,经现场试验和数值模拟研究,对比了常规填料和泡沫轻质土帮宽时既有线和新建线路的附加应力和附加沉降变形情况。结果表明:泡沫轻质土应用于高填帮宽路基,在新老路堤搭接处产生的附加应力、附加沉降分别比采用普通填料帮宽降低了58.2%、70.3%,最大差异沉降1.6‰;既有线路肩附加沉降比普通填料帮宽减小66.4%;既有路基路肩水平位移向坡脚偏8.0 mm,比普通填料帮宽减小64.1%;坡脚水平位移0.8 mm,不会对既有路堤的地基深层水平位移产生显著影响;泡沫轻质土能显著减小地基沉降,有利于高填帮宽路基施工时营业线安全运营。Based on the high-filled widening subgrade of Hefei East Station of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou high speed railway,the additional stress and additional settlement deformation of the existing and new-built lines with common filler and foamed lightweight concrete filler were compared by field test and numerical simulation. The results show that the foamed lightweight concrete should be applied to the high-filled widening subgrade. The additional stress and additional settlement at the overlap of the old and new-built embankments are reduced by 58.2% and 70.3% respectively compared with the widening of the common filler,and the maximum differential settlement is 1.6 per thousand. The additional settlement of the existing line shoulder is 66.4% less than that of the common filler. The shift of horizontal displacement of the existing subgrade shoulder is 8.0 mm to the slope toe,which is 64.1% smaller than that of the common filler. The horizontal displacement of the slope toe is 0.8 mm,which will not have a significant impact on the deep horizontal displacement of the foundation of the existing embankment. The foamed lightweight concrete can significantly reduce the settlement of foundation,and is conducive to the safe operation of the operation line in the construction of high-filled widening subgrade.
