无痛性多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤一例

摘　　要：患者,女,19岁。右上肢多发结节半年,左上肢多发结节1个月。皮肤组织病理示真皮可见束状及团块状平滑肌束。免疫组化证实过度增生的纤维为平滑肌。根据临床表现及组织病理结果,诊断为无痛性多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤。A-19-year-old female presented with nodules on the right upper limb for half a year, and on the upper left limb for 1 month. Histopathological examination revealed that the tumor was composed of bundles and masses smooth muscle fibers in the dermis. Immunohistochemical stain confirmed that the fibers were smooth muscle. According to the features of clinical manifestations and biopsy, the diagnosis of painless multiple cutaneous leiomyoma was made.
