摘 要:该文对贵州省黔南州高中化学教师教学效能感进行了问卷调查。调查分析发现:黔南州高中化学教师教学效能感较高;教师对教材内容把握得当,对专业知识的掌握情况和对教学策略的使用情况均较好,但是教学效果不理想,教师在课堂管理方面存在不足。女教师的教学效能感略高于男教师;随着教龄增加、职称提升、所教年级升高,教师教学效能感呈现“√”型趋势,由高到低再到更高;学历较高的教师,教学效能感也相对较高;工作地域经济、教学以及生源条件相对较好的教师,教学效能感也相对较高;教师对职业的热爱程度越高,其教学效能感也越高。针对存在的问题,该文提出了有关建议。A questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching efficacy of senior high school chemistry teachers in Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province.The investigation and analysis found that senior high school chemistry teachers in Qiannan Prefecture had a high sense of teaching efficacy;the teachers have a good grasp of the content of teaching materials,professional knowledge and the use of teaching strategies,but the teaching effect is not ideal and is insufficient in classroom management.The teaching efficacy of female teachers is slightly higher than that of male teachers;with the increase of teaching age,professional title and grade,teachers’teaching efficacy shows a“√”trend,from high to low and then to higher;teachers with higher academic qualifications have a relatively higher sense of teaching efficacy;if the economic conditions,teaching conditions and student source conditions of the area where teachers work are relatively good,their sense of teaching efficacy is also relatively high;the higher degree of teachers’love for their profession,the higher their sense of teaching efficacy.In view of the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward.
