New Trends of Higher Technical Education Reform in Britain

摘　　要：为顺应时代对高等技术教育的现实需要,解决当前技能人才发展的多重难题,英国开始对高等技术教育进行改革,通过建构雇主主导体系、制定高技能人才培养体系、完善管理与指导体系、规范质量标准体系,旨在建立一个系统的高等技术教育体系,以期为英国未来的高等技术教育提供方向。这对我国的职业教育改革提供了参考和借鉴意义:作好顶层设计,构建以需求为导向的领导机制;加强行业企业的多方协作,发挥其整体效能;立足学生就业能力,着眼学生终身发展;增强监督和管理,推进职业教育的高质量发展。In order to meet the realistic needs of the times for the development of higher technical education and solve the multiple problems of the current development of skilled talents in Britain,Britain began to reform higher technical education,build an employer led system,formulate a high skilled talent training system,improve the management and guidance system and standardize the quality standard system,in order to explore and establish a systematic higher technical education system and provides a direction for higher vocational technology in the UK in the future.This provides a reference for the reform of vocational education in China:do a good job in the top-level design and build a demand-oriented leadership mechanism;strengthen the multi-party cooperation of industry enterprises and give full play to their overall efficiency;based on students'employability and focusing on students'lifelong development;strengthen supervision and management and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
