摘  要:为了探究高粱红色素提取的最佳工艺条件,以高粱壳为材料,采用索氏提取法结合响应面试验,探究了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取液pH 4个因素对高粱红色素吸光值的影响。结果显示:在乙醇浓度为65%、料液比为1∶8、提取时间为2 h和提取液pH为3的条件下,高粱红色素的吸光值最大,提取率约为25.2%,色价约为27.1。样品加标回收率为96.52%~104.86%,RSD为2.65%,该试验准确、可靠、稳定,为研究高粱红色素的提取工艺提供了参考依据。In order to explore the optimal technological conditions for the extraction of red pigment from sorghum,the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and pH value of extracting solution on the absorbance value of red pigment from sorghum are studied by Soxhlet extraction method combined with response surface test taking sorghum shell as the material.The results show that under the conditions of ethanol concentration of 65%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8,extraction time of 2 h and extraction solution pH value of 3,the absorbance value of red pigment from sorghum is the highest,the extraction yield is about 25.2%,and the color value is about 27.1.The recovery rate is 96.52%~104.86%and the RSD is 2.65%.The experiment is accurate,reliable and stable,which has provided references for the study on the extraction process of red pigment from sorghum.
