高职院校企业导师制“123455模式”创新与实践

摘　　要：本文分析了高职院校在实施企业导师制中存在的育人目标不明确、合作培养不够力、培养维度不明晰、导师引路不突显、育人载体不够足、导师进阶不够高等问题,提出构建围绕育人目标、培养对象、培养维度、导师指导、育人载体、导师进阶等系统集成“123455”模式,此模式在浙江经济职业技术学院实践效果良好,对于高职教育高质量发展有推广价值。This paper analyzed vocational colleges'issues in implementing enterprise mentoring programs,such as unclear training targets,ineffective cooperative training,vague training dimensions,unmarked mentor guidance,insufficient training carriers,low mentor advancement and others,and proposed to construct the“123455 Mode”of innovations in training targets,training objectives,training dimension,mentor guidance,training carriers and mentor advancement.This mode achieved good outcomes in Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics and thus can be popularized in the high-quality development of vocational education.
