摘　　要：大学精神是学校自身在发展过程中形成的具有自身特点的精神表现形式,本文以浙江交通职业技术学院“励志力行”校训精神为内容,通过运用哲学的思辨方法,系统分析学校校训精神的内涵、现实价值和本质要求,系统阐述学校校训精神是社会主义核心价值观在学校的集中呈现,提出了浙江交院“励志力行”校训精神在学校的实现路径。University spirit is a form of the spiritual expression with its own characteristics formed in the development process of the school itself,this paper takes the school motto spirit of“inspiring practice”of Zhejiang Institute of Communications as the content,and systematically analyzes the school motto spirit of the connotation,realistic value and essential requirements through the use of philosophical speculative methods,showing that the school motto spirit is the concentrated presentation of the socialist core values,then puts forward the realization path of the school motto spirit of Zhejiang Institute of Communications.
