从肠道菌群论半夏泻心汤证治

摘　　要：半夏泻心汤证由虚、寒、热三证组成。虚主要为脾胃运化水湿能力减弱,气属阳,脾气虚,则脾阳不足,寒从内生,形成中焦虚寒证。肠道菌群紊乱,线粒体能量代谢障碍,则细胞因缺乏能量致功能受损,表现为脾气虚。另外,肠道菌群紊乱,有益菌减少,影响肠道消化、吸收、代谢功能,导致脾胃功能低下。热证是半夏泻心汤证最明显特征,其形成机制是肠道菌群紊乱,致有害菌及毒素增加,诱发神经内分泌紊乱。半夏泻心汤通过调节肠道菌群紊乱治疗脾胃虚弱、上热下寒证。Syndrome of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction consists of deficiency,cold and heat.Deficiency is mainly due to the weakening of the ability of the spleen and stomach to transport and transform water and dampness.Qi belongs to yang,so spleen yang deficiency leads to deficient spleen yang and internal cold,forming the syndrome of deficiency and cold in the middle energizer.If intestinal flora is disordered and mitochondrial energy metabolism is impaired,the function of cells is damaged due to lack of energy,which is manifested as spleen qi deficiency.In addition,the disorder of intestinal flora and the reduction of beneficial bacteria affect the functions of intestinal digestion,absorption and metabolism,resulting in the poor function of spleen and stomach.Heat syndrome is the most obvious feature of syndrome of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction.Intestinal flora disorder causes the increase of harmful bacteria and toxins,and induces neuroendocrine disorder,which is an important mechanism for the formation of syndrome of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction,adjusting intestinal flora.In addition,Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has the functions of regulating gastrointestinal movement,protecting gastrointestinal mucosa,anti-helicobacter pylori,anti-gastrointestinal tumor,improving insulin resistance,regulating neurotransmitters and so on.
